who would like to include gift to Parkinson's UK in their

Please make sure you use our full name, address and registered
charity number in the Will:

(258197) and in Scotland (SC037554). Registered office: 215
Vauxhall Bridge Road, London SW1V 1EJ.
Example wording
We suggest the following wording is used:
Residuary legacy
"I give all (or …% of) the residue of my estate to Parkinson's
UK, a charity registered in England and Wales (258197) and in
Scotland (SC037554), registered office: 215 Vauxhall Bridge Road,
London SW1V 1EJ for its general purposes. I declare that the
receipt of the treasurer or other proper officer for the time being
hereof shall be sufficient discharge to my executors."
Pecuniary or specific legacies
"I give to Parkinson's UK, a charity registered in England and
Wales (258197) and in Scotland (SC037554) registered office: 215
Vauxhall Bridge Road, London SW1V 1EJ the sum of £_______ (or item)
for its general purposes. I declare that the receipt of the
treasurer or other proper officer for the time being hereof shall
be sufficient discharge to my executors."
