Welcome to the forum. You have been given some very good advice and I hope it helps you to maybe see things from someone elses point of view.
Can you get any help with care when your husband is away? It is difficult for you but it is also difficult for your husband. I think he needs his job not only to support you his lovely wife but to give him some time for himself. It really can not be easy for both parties.

I am a pwp and live on my own, try not to look to far into the future. I struggle with some tasks and find I swear more at myself these days, doesn't help the situation but I feel better for it.
