I'me fine thanks, quiet day but hope to go to my botanics group tonight. I fancy trying ratatouille, have looked up the recipe and plan to make it also gazpacho soup in the summer. I bought a blender to make smoothies but I seem to have bought the wrong thing because when I switch it on the fruit just sits in it and doesnt pulverize. Chilly here too.

Hi Ali, where in Scotland have you been?
Since you are making brekie I fancy scrambled egg on toast if its not too much bother with a nice cup of tea. Do you need any help?
