Me too, tremors drove me mad today and I just felt generally awful, so I had a Duvet Day, which is what it sounds like (lie under it!). Did manage to cook nice dinner though, and felt better for eating it. Do you get that? Feel terrible, eat (although feeling sick) and then feel much better?
