correcting my spelling before somebody else does - dyskinesia

AB when I planned to move here getting a bike was always part of the deal, and then things overtook me (haha)and started to think I couldn't. When the weather improves I think I must at least give it a go, it would make such a difference to me.

go for it mosie,well done,and ab ,if you can also,give it a go,i no how iam with dyskinesa,but when i went to puk young on set at stratford upon avon,some others had it also,and we are all different as you no,when i was chattin with some people things like this was mentioned.my balance ,no good full stop,but i can still go to the gym done through first fit by the gps,kelly is my instructer and is brill with me,so like i said i not sure how much it effects ur self rite now,but if ur sprt minded at all,may be something like that is worth a go.all you need to do is speak to ur gp and he sets it all up for uhope your ok x

hiya posh bird ,fish chips comin straight up for u,hopes u enjoy themyes bathroom floor is none slip,its like a rubber material,with little nobbles in it,but not so they feel them on bear feet.hard to expalin,but it looks very nice,im really pleased with ithave you had a good day? wot u been up to?

Back at work tomorrow had 3 lovely days off doing very little really.
Did go looking at cars for my daughter her car failed its MOT not worth repairing so she has got a nice second hand one.
Shall be off to bed soon shattered.
