hiya,well it been rainin here in the nite,but its dryin up ,so hopfully we gonna get a good day ,and i will give u a call,and off we sahll go,i think if u come to the cafe this mornin,we shall sort it ,pick up posh bird on the way ,she will be in work,but i shall smile and wink at her boss,to let her have a hour off.after all itts for a good cause ehsmilewink

Morning All. You must of sent the rain over here Ali because it is pouring down. Also got three ducks in the front garden, enjoying the weather.
Yes I am free for that bike ride, are we wearing lycra and matching tops.

i have ducks on my front lawn as well posh bird,they waddle over from the pond near by,its lovley to see themsmilewell lyria it is then folks, alite brekie for you ,we dunna wont stitch do werolleyesi will sort ur brkie out leogirl for u,and then we can have a nice cream bun when we get back lol

No ducks in my garden but if the gas man comes on time I might get into town and see the swans by the bridge.

No ducks in my garden either, plenty of foxes and squirrels though. Years ago I used to kid the little girl next door that there was a kangaroo at the bottom of our garden, she believed me for quite a long time bless her! smile

I read or heard somewhere that pwp, especially those who develop diskynesia can find it much easier to ride a bicycle than to walk. Something to do with conentrating rather than trying to do things which were previously automatic such as swinging arms when walking, putting one foot in front of the other, swallowing etc. Unfortunately, the lay-out of my house does not lend itself to bicycle riding!
