Morning All. You must of sent the rain over here Ali because it is pouring down. Also got three ducks in the front garden, enjoying the weather.
Yes I am free for that bike ride, are we wearing lycra and matching tops.

Lycra and matching tops will be quite splendid I'm sure, (I'd better not eat too much breakfast tee hee ) Some tea and toast would be nice Ali thanks.

No ducks in my garden but if the gas man comes on time I might get into town and see the swans by the bridge.

No ducks in my garden either, plenty of foxes and squirrels though. Years ago I used to kid the little girl next door that there was a kangaroo at the bottom of our garden, she believed me for quite a long time bless her!

I read or heard somewhere that pwp, especially those who develop diskynesia can find it much easier to ride a bicycle than to walk. Something to do with conentrating rather than trying to do things which were previously automatic such as swinging arms when walking, putting one foot in front of the other, swallowing etc. Unfortunately, the lay-out of my house does not lend itself to bicycle riding!
