Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to enquire if you are in a position to help at a charity event in aid of Parkinson's disease. Parkinsons Uk is a charity that is close to me as I have been diagnosed with disease at the age of 28. The charity aims to promote awareness of the disease and to research a cure. During the Queens Jubilee celebrations, I held a tombola at our street party in aid of Parkinsons UK. This was successful and we had raised £241. Please have a read of my story on the Parkinson's UK website - http://www.parkinsons.org.uk/about_us/news/news_items/all_news/party_diamond_jubilee_thanks.aspx I am currently in the process of arranging a family international BBQ at local Church centre in Sunbury on Thames on Saturday 8th September. We are planning to have a tombola and raffle with all proceeds going to Parkinson's UK. I am hoping to have a live band, face painter, games and food and drink to make this a family day out. Is there any chance that your company could donate any prizes towards the tombola, raffle or the event in general? Would you be willing to donate a bouncy castle for our event or offer any support towards the event? Any help or assistance will be much appreciated. With Kind Regards Kirstie Lane
