Hi Mosie, AB,
Thanks for leaving the fire banked up. If you're still in the cupboard Mosie, I hope you've painted it black to match the rest of the sett? Wewouldn't want those Gov types discovering what we keep in there, would we!!?
It's been very quiet round here the last couple of weeks, I wonder why?!
Went tadpoling yesterday with a young cub, we had a great time, she fell in the pool, got soaking wet from front paws to back!! Hilarious! But,I forgot to get me phone camera out until after!! Silly me, could have been £250 from You've Been Framed. Still there's always a next time.
I'm orf out for a wee while, I'll come back later to check on the cupboard Mosie!
And just for you AB, I will reappear Ex Cearulo!

Hi there me ole badger chums, everyone ok?
Oh well Mosie, at east we'll be able to see it in the dark! In that case we better keep our goodies in there, twices, kit kats etc. Then we can all see where they are.
Fire's still going nicely, maybe some marshmallows toasted on it and a nice mug of hot chocolate would help us all to unwind after our busy day??
I'll shuffle off and find some marshmallows. Has anyone seen the toasting fork?

Couldn't resist checking back in. I've brought along a new toasting fork as the old one seems to have disappeared.
AB should you snuffle by your idea of quiet reflection made me think of the wee small hours that I spent here after I was first diagnosed (in 2009) thinking I was the only one awake and not knowing why. We seemed to bump into each other at just the right time (for me anyway), so the following is my thank you.
In quiet reflection
Please can I mention
The pleasure I found
When you were around
The chats that we had
When happy or sad
Always cheered me no end
That’s why I now send
A few words in rhyme
To say thanks for your time

Good morning every one,Radz, Mosie, AB, Pebble and anyone else my poor old eyes have missed. I,m up , been up since bout 3,30. Reflux!! Need I say more? Looks like most Badgers are having a good nights sleep, unusual for us nocturnal types!
Thanks Pebble. Now who's for a marshmallow, ooh, so nice and crispy on the outside?mmm, lovely nice! Of course you might know anything as nice as this is bound to be bad for us, all that sugar!!!
Have you finished painting the cupboard Mosie? We can keep the spare marshmallows in it and the toasting fork, it's a long haul down the tunnel to be dragging the toasting fork down here, never know who you might catch on it!! I think we've had enough mallows now , Ill just sit quietly in the big old armchair in the corner and listen to some Elgar, for a while and maybe have a doze. Let me know if you want to chat
