Are you fed up because your son has gone back home PB? How lovely for you to have had him all to yourself for a week.
I am ok ish. Feel very sore today and stiff and wondering if I will ever be alright again.
We are to be grand parents again come October, our daughter is expecting her 2nd child then, she has been very sick with this one, I was feeling very sorry for her.
You take it easy on your day off, stay in your PJ's and do sweet dam all if you like. x

No-one around, a few snores in the darker corners, perhaps I'll try that again too.

Hi everyone I'm back! Hi to you PB, still,in your jim jams?? Having a peaceful day off? Does that mean you still work, if you are on a day off?
I guess I have done some wonderful things, I only wish I could have done them before the PD set it's ugly claws into me!! But then I may not have gon to uni and got my degree, or met my wonderful Doc.
What are you doing on your day off, just rest and recuperation? Good idea!
I wish there was an instant chat thing on here, like the one on Facebook, where we could chat to each other instantly. I wait hours to get a response on here!!
Do you 'do' Facebook?
speak agin later. Are you about Radz, i'm just off up to the surface for a fag and something sweet, you coming?

Hi Puddley, I have just returned home. I was at my Hip class and have graduated from elbow crutched to two walking sticks. I have already had a ciggie but will join you in another if you are still around.

Hi Radz ! As many as that, Have you had a hip job done then? How long ago was that?
I hate walking sticks I fall over them more than they help me, but some days I'm just so wobbly I have to use one.
Yes, a cigggie would be good later, I'm supposed to be getting the dinner, all is under control so I've nicked five minutes off, I think I might set alight now, just a few quick puffs.
What else have you been doing today apart from your hip class? It seems very quiet down here? No Mosie or PB or Ray or AB. Bet they've all gon off somewhere together.lol.
ell, the oven's calling, so I'll be back later.

Yes Puddley I have had two total hip replacements, left one done 19 Jan the right done 23 March. So I have been learning to walk all over again. It has been a long hard slog but I am getting there slowly. I still cannot do everything I used to do so I am ever grateful for having a very loving and supportive O/H.
What is that I smell on the wind, OMG have you burnt the dinner? I hope not after all the effort you have put into the making of it.
Hopefully catch you up for that ciggie later, till then be good and if you can't be good be careful.

Had my eyes checked at the hospital, pressures are fine so carry on for another 6 months. It was amazing I was seen so quickly, one doc one nurse one other patient and me. At ********* it was always a roomful, records missing, medics talking to a colleague after they had asked the patient a question........I'd better knock out the name of the hospital

Wow Radz that sure is radical! You are very brave, I keep telling my GP no one s coming near me with a knife!!! Bad enough I have to inject 5 times every day for my diabetes.
It must have been very painful for you? and a smoker too! I guess the Docs are always telling you to givee it up? I tell em I have no other sins so why should I stop.
Time for a fag? No I didn't burn the dinner it was simple, chicken burgers, new potatoes and peas and sweet corn, even my dear Doc could have done it even though she hates cooking. she is too academic to cook, she says !!!!
You been to the eye people today then Mosie, glad your pressures were ok, soundsmore like an oil rig than eye problems!
I have the tripple wammy, cateracts, macular degen and diabetic retinopathy, hence the lazers las t week. This is one of the reasons why there are so many typos in my posts.
So what are all the other badgers up to tonight? must be something good on he telly?! (that'll be a first)
Think I'd better have a quick peep at facebook, see what my kids are up to!!!
Speak to you tomorrow unless I come down the sett in the night. Sleep well all my Badgery friends
