Exactly Ray, well honed and erfectly in time, referring to your earlier post.
A.B. No not Manchester, University of Wales Lampeter. Graduated june 2010. with a 2.2, cud a dun better, but I blame the P.D. which was diagnosed at the start of my first semester! Still I did it !
Well I for one like to munch a bit here in the sett, it's quiet and friendly. I hate all the noise in cafes. But if it offends thee AB, I'll go outside in the cold and eat under a local tree. I don't wish to offend anyone.

I don't think you having a munch would offend AB at all Puddley. I agree with you about cafe's and the noise. Hope you had a good day today.

It's that time of day with me, wide awake time, even though I'm exhausted and need to sleep as I have to be up at 6am to get Daisy ready for school and be sat outside Drs door by 7.30 in order to be first in to see him, or else I'd be waiting until 12 !!
Hope you're ok Radz?? and no I did not intend to upset AB with my munching in the sett, there are no whiffs or crumbs!!

Dear Puddley, you cetainly did not offend or upset me. As far as I am concerned this sett is for the comfort of all who wish to visit. To read, to listen to the radio/cd , to have a little natter & to munch upon the treats that kindly folk may bring along , or send via LP ( although he seems to have the hump just now) and to snooze.
Absolutely no need to be out in the cold.
The reason I asked about Manchester was that a good friend of mine did a degree in Medieval Studies there. But this was way back in the '70's and was at that time a very unusual course to undertake. I do not think that Anthrozoology had even been invented at the time! She went on to do Museum Studies . She is now a farmer. Funny old world is it not.
Have left, just for you, the 2nd 1/2 of my twix extra

Oh AB, you're So kind, truly, not many folk would be so gracious. So would tat count as a once, a twix or a twic, half a twice?!
It was quite strange how I came to do my degree really. I took my then 28yr old daughter to Lampeter to enrol on a foundation course to do anthropology, and we both ended up signing up !! I went on to finish my foundation course, came third in my year out of about twenty odd, my daughter came 4th. She went on to study anthropology and i did the medieval studies, I got my degree aged 58yrs but alas my daughter dropped out in her second year. I was the oldest in my year!!!!!
I too have been a farmer, with a smallholding, but that was when the children were younger and I was fitter! As for anthrozoology as far as I am aware, Lampeter is/was th only place in the world offering such a combination as an M.A.
Funny old world eh?
I'm just enjoying an early breakfast I found a nice bowl of berries and flakes, so I'll save your twic for after. I am just not sleepfull tonight, typical! I expect I'm the only old sow about tonight, so I expect it will be a lonely game of patience for me here in this dimly lit cosy corner?

I have been pondering upon this important linguistic dilema and have decided that 1/2 of a twiX must surely be a twiV?
