I give up. If a badgers sett cannot be badgerley, if we cannot just snuffle in and snuffle out, with kind greetings along the way ,if menus are going to appear, then I am out of here

im a bit muddled by ur post ab,hope ur not goin no were,why carnt we have food in the badger sett?

Dear Ali, I am sorry , I did not mean to muddle you up.
Of course food is allowed in the sett - if not demanded!.
It is just that I have always envisaged this sett as a sort of comfort zone, where we can snuffle in , settle down. , snuffle about and then snuffle out as and when we wish. Hopefully finding some friends along the way , who may have thoughtfully brought some snacks that we may share.

I think and I might be totally wrong, AB means the sett is a place to find comfort and rest and is not a cafe. If we come here with afew treats all well and good but it is not a come in an order kind of place. Forgive me if I have got this wrong AB.
