sometimes ginger cordial is helpful, for me anyway. Sorry you've been eating too many slugs, I do appreciate your efforts. I'm feeling very guilty today, I thought my slug pubs were a very good green idea, but today I have caught a litle creature in one of them, a bit lizard/frog like, not what I intended.

PB - ginger, in any form is well known as a digestive aid (recommended by PUK helpline nurse) - cordial, ginger beer, ginger biscuits or even raw ginger.
Hope that you feel better soon

Good evening sett dwellers, tis I back from my wanderings through the USA. Fantastic time, travelled through 16 States, eat far too much and got very tired but I was looked after extremely well. I only had 3 really bad days throughout the whole trip.

Since my return I have become the owner of a little blue electric scooter. We went shopping in Tescos today for our inaugural outing - not too many other shoppers mown down and we didn't get thrown out - might try the high street tomorrow.
