We are calling on older people with Parkinson's who've recently had a hospital stay to help us submit evidence to the Older People's Commissioner for Wales as part of a review on dignity and respect in hospitals.

They want to know if older people are being treated as individuals and whether they are given all the information and support they need in hospital - including how to complain if they wish.

If you're aged 60 or over, have Parkinson's and have stayed in hospital in Wales for more than 5 consecutive days in the last 2 years, you can share your experiences - both good and bad - with us to help us gather views for our response, or you may like to respond direct to the Commissioner.

Find out more about the consultation at: http://www.parkinsons.org.uk/about_us/news/news_items/all_news/hospital_care_in_wales.aspx

PLEASE NOTE: The deadline for sending your views to Parkinson's UK is Monday 2 August 2010
