A friend has just been told that he has "Parkinsons Plus", and it may progress to dementia, total rigidity or something else nasty which I can't remember. Can anyone tell me what it is, and how it relates to ordinary P? He is due to see a second consultant for a second opinion in the near future. The usual P drugs have not helped him. Thanks!
