Hi

My dad was diagnosed with PD august 08 aged 75 but looking back i would say he had symptoms for many years.
He is now in a nursing home and we take him out as often as possible, but now finding that my dad is having difficulties with feeding himself, shortness of breath, forgetting names, difficulty in finding words when talking & we can barely understand what he is saying anymore.
Can anyone please tell me what stage of PD this is
