I persuaded my husband to try phoning the Helpline today for the first time.He was told that they are very busy. They took his details and said that someone would call him back in a few days time.

Then they will !
I've been very impressed with this service. They could do with more people on the helpline, sure. But we've got to remember these are professional people , who also are doing their own jobs.
They always get back to you , it is usually not very long - next day very often. And if you're not in , they try again and have already been briefed on your problem ,so you don't have to waste time explaining again ! best wishes.
