As you know we have a information section (as a sticky) at the very beginning of this thread. The information section has lots of links to just about everything on the website concerning Impulsive and Compulsive side effects. I think it would be a good idea if the Questionnaire was put there?

Also anyone who is looking for the most up to date information on this subject will find it contained within the information section at the beginning of this thread. Including: Information on side effects, latest research finding, campaign updates, along with lots of other help and advise on the subject.
