I came across this quote today from Michael J Fox:

'If life gives you a bag of hammers, build something.'

It certainly hit home with me.

Mike, as he likes me to call him, is a really nice guy (the american (and canadian) word for chap). In fact nice x american = canadian.

We could do much worse as the 'celebrity' figure-head.

Another one of his quotes goes something like I want to be able to dance at my

This hit home with me and my wife having a lovely 11 year old daughter

if its a choice between a cure for pd or dancing in public... I'll have to come back to you on that one.

A hammer on it's own is not much use.
