At the moment dont know what to do need advice
Suffered depression most of life have been taking citalopram very low dose keeps me fine dx pd approx 2 yrs ago.
Last hospital app was advised to up citalopram 20mg also because of lack of sleep for approx 6 months having 4/5 hours broken sleep per night given prescription for cionazepam scared to take al this exra medication no energy to the point of cannot f function now what would I be like.? When taken 20mg before turned into zombie mode.


Have app to see G.P. 30th have not started any yet.
Has anybody taken this drug and if so was there improvement
