Curiousity has got the better of me with this remedy so went out today and got the ingrediants, just back home so out with the blender and mixed it all up, and had a wee taste before shoving in the fridge. Twas quite tasty mrgreen

Anyone else tried it ?

I will give it a go,were do I get the raw honey do I have to raid a hive.lol thank kyloe

Hi PS, According to a local bee keeper raw honey is that which is still in a honeycomb, other types are heated to pasteurise it, and in so doing some of the key health elements are lost biggrin

My old dad who is 82 swears by this remedy not only does he drink it he rubs the cyder vinegar all over his body, and has always been on at me to try it, its a bit of a thought but maybe their is something in it

My Bowen therapist says her mother swears by cider vinegar and honey for her arthritis
Please tell us how you get on;I'd like to try it

Well today is the start as the ingredients needed 5 days to ferment, not sure how long to trial it, possibly a month at least and then evaluate ?
Will keep you all posted.biggrin

Dont make the same mistake as i did, took one desert spoonful instead of 2 tea spoonfuls, that was ok but forgot to dilute with water or juice so had it neat eek

Oh did i feel it as it slivered down my throat !! mrgreen

But...I did feel remarkably good for several hours after confused
