HI Ian
thats a real kick in the teeth! As you say, we wont let them get us down. I think you've literallly to have one foot in the grave before they'll even consider you. Dont give up!!!

Hi Ian
I'm so sorry to hear your news. You must be feeling absolutely gutted. There was an article in the times the other day about people with chronic & degenerative illnesses being treated unfairly for ESA. It didn't say what would be done about it but it seems they are aware of it. Not that it is much comfort to you right now. I just hope you feel you can keep fighting. A medical last July with Parkinson's can be a long time,
Ceal

thanks for the replies guys it's nice to get the feedback.
i was told to reaply for esa straight away because they had stopped my benefit last sept which is 6 month ago i should in theory be able to start a fresh claim as it was'ent my fault it took so long so i phoned them up one guy said the 6 months starts from the day of the appeal hearing [thurs] the next person took my details and is sending me a form to fill in so fingers crossed and lets hope i get the right decision bye for now ian s
