I have heard that when it comes to the time when I am unable to drive, there is a government scheme available that allows me to use a taxi to and from work. The cost to me would be the amount it would have been had I been using my car. Using public transport isn't an option as there is no service. Has anyone else heard of this scheme?

Hi yes I have had a number of adaptations made following an Access to Work assessment.

It took only a phone call, no complicated forms, just a simple questionnaire.
