Hi everyone,
My husband is 68 and myself 66yrs, he has had pd for thirty years and mu back problems since I was 29years. I went to a show the silver sounds of the sixties on sunday afternoon which was a great laugh to see how all the acts have aged but also to hear some great music. I am going to another one next month and I am going to be a rebel for the rest of my sixties all in my wheelchair! no laughing please just rock away.
best wishes

Hi Milly 68
I was mis- diagnosed too, initially with essential tremor, then they said it was due to Lyme Disease, which I had picked up from a deer tick , then they really didn't have a clue. My wife pushed hard for me to see a specialist, who confirmed Parkinsons within two minutes.
It's better knowing I guess - at least we can get proper help now?
