just want to thank you for the brilliant booklet I received today hand delivered by your lovely hubby, when he eventually found my door? Ha!! It is full of amazing poems from the forum members and I feel very humble indeed to be included. Thanks to Lin,that I am now enjoying reading all the poems from you talented PD poets.

please may I have a copy?

It is my intention to sell copies for my local branch. I know fund raising is not for everyone so please do not think that anyone else has to do this.

I will take a copy of "Clowns Feet" to a local Printer and see how much it will cost to have similar quality booklets printed.Perhaps any others interested in pursuing this will do the same and we could compare notes before going to print locally as we may get a better price by doing this centrally.Co-ordinating dissemination may kick that idea into touch but it is worth pursuing providing the savings are significant. It may also be the only way we can get it printed professionally as many Printers have minimum quantities.The bench mark for me is that it must attain the standard of the copy produced by Lin.

Good, bad or indifferent, please let me have your feedback although by definition it is unlikely that the latter category will reply.

You are very kind being so complimentary about the book and I wish you good luck with the printers. I will send you a disc asap in Publisher and Word.
Don't forget online book publishers eg lulu and blurb. I couldn't really figure them out and they always ended up expensive when I investigated.
I will be posting more books today - lily, titan and BJS.

Hi,
This morning whilst stumbling through the carnage of the night before.Contemplating what could enlighten and steady a rocking boat.Indeed,having almost capsized and threw all that new me overboard.The light then shone and lit up my porch along with the dull thud of a substantial letter landing on the floor.
Dare I hope that this was the much looked forward to compilation of poems so kindly put together by Lin.I savoured the anticipation,then picked the package up,by then bathed within a golden morning glow.
The contents of the package surpassed all expectations as I read it through 3 times.The careful layout and choice of poems is brilliant.
Lin,you have done all who contribute to the poetry thread and pd UK itself proud.It made my day and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
