Hi ali,
I'm not keen on New Year - how do you feel about it?
I've been reading all your very interesting posts/poems but could you do me a favour?
Could you put them all under one thread - like this Friends one. Then I don't have to keep clicking all over the place. It hurts - I'm surprised you have not noticed.
Do you know what I mean?
My keyboard skills slow down as my med wears off. How daft is that?

It will soon be JANUARY.
Why don't you try to write using each letter of the word JANUARY to start a line. I think they do this in the social club sometimes.
Sorry if I sound like a teacher - I was one once - it is hard to stop! This is what I mean.

Jumping for joy now the days are getting longer.
Anticipating the start of the dawn chorus.
Nearly snowdrop time.
