thankyou so much neenag and penfold for your kindnessbeen teary agin ,me carer on her holidays and got another carer,her hubby is in police force fire arms,and she said how sorry she was for wot had happinined to me,and spoke of it,i just cry,how soppy am i.when i come face to face with people ,i fall apart.

went out first time today ,got dropped off by carer to pd meeting,was met by a good friend,everyone in good spirts,was very nervous,but had a lovley time,onward and forward now,got to beat these nerves,got lot of appointments over next two weeks,got to pull me self togeather.this man has took the last bit of conviedece away from me i had,now i gotta rebuild it back agin,and not let him win
