Hi Ali,

The physical injuries will soon heal, hopefully, and from what I can read into your 'mindset', from your many interesting posts, you will no doubt be strong enough to heal mentally as well.

Obviously, until he is caught and 'disposed' of, it will play on your mind a bit, but I'm sure that taking an active part in this forum will help you no end.

hi mike your so rite wot you say,i will heal phisically,but i will have scars,mentaly,it will always be with me,but will fade like the police said.ive said before its people that keep me goin,not only in this situation but just in my life in genral,im very insecure person,shy and vunuable,but w]when i rite,things come out wot i not be able to say.i no that sound daft but anyone who nows me will no wot im talkin about.thankyou agin for your post mikex

TO THE PARKINSONS TEAM

i was havin me lunch and meds with me carer and had a great surprise,a lady at the door brought a huge bouquet of flowers for me,from parkinsons uk,i burst out crying,wot a fool i may of looked,all choked up.i was so surprised and overwelmed that they had gone to the trouble to think of me like this.so a huge thankyou to the parkinsons team for my flowers they are wonderful x

just had call from c.i d,they are now putting out the efit out to the public,in paper tonite or tomorrows,they have done there investigations and now feel it needs to go to the public.if you see this please please please everyone take a good hard look at him,police said i did a very good description of him,and someone will no him.

hi leogirl thankyou for your thoughts,im faily shy person have to get to no people personly when i meet them before i can relax,but when i rite ,specially hear on the forum,eveyone in the communtty welcomes one another and were all in the same boat so i find i can rite beter than i can speak out,if that makes sence.there has been a bit of a hicup with the efit,i was told last friday it would be in paper over the weekend,but cus of the olympics,it now wont be there till monday,but wot a spectacular front page they did of the cermony.
