South West London Younger Parkinson's Network
Has Parkinson's turned your world
upside down? We know how you feel. We find it helps to meet other
people affected by Parkinson's over dinner or drinks. Come and join
us.
We are affiliated with the Wandsworth, Merton,
Hammersmith and Fulham, Kensington and Chelsea local
groups but are open to anyone living in the South West London
area.
The Network was established at the end 2011 to better meet the
needs of younger people with Parkinson's in the South West of
London. After canvassing the opinions of members we decided to host
bi-monthly social events where people can seek information, support
and share experiences in a relaxed environment.

Our objectives
- exchanging views and ideas about Parkinson's
- provision of support to people with Parkinson's, their
partner's and families
- discussing our drug experience and our drugs
- gaining information on new research,
discoveries and progress in finding a solution to this
condition
- providing an opportunity to be ourselves
- facilitate social events
