Community raises over £3,000

Over the last 3 years, Derek Curtis and his team of helpers have organised 3 social events to raise funds for our vital work.

Goytre Village Hall in Penperlleni, has hosted Mid Life Crisis, a local 60s and 70s 3 piece band who have entertained revellers from all over South East Wales and even some who travelled from Bristol to Derek's events.

With a local lady brining her burger van and donating 50% of her profits to the latest evening, the total raised so far is £,3097! With another event planned for 14 September 2013, Derek and his team's fundraising total is set to rise again.
