Considered to be one of the best half marathons in the UK, the Llanelli Waterside Half Marathon is flat, fast, traffic free and suitable for runners of all abilities.

Cardiff Branch 40th anniversary coffee morning

Aside from the coffee, there will be a talk from Professor Riccardo Brambilla about the latest Parkinson's research taking place at Cardiff University.

Forties fun night - 17 March 2012

A fabulous evening of forties fun, with traditional fish and chip supper, live music and dancing. The fabulous Bellamie Girls will entertain you with burlesque dancing, and live music provided by Major Swing and vocalist Heather Marie.

If you really want to get into the spirit you can dress for the occasion in 40s style - you might even win a prize.

Bala Lake Challenge - 12 May 2012

Organised by the Rotary Club of Bala and Penllyn, the Bala Challenge is a series of walks around Bala Lake / Llyn Tegid - the largest natural lake in Wales.

Wales Marathon - 10 June 2012

Take part in this spectacular run between Tenby and Pembroke! The full marathon starts in Tenby, making its way through Penally, along the Ridgeway to Pembroke. There is also a half marathon which starts at Pembroke Castle.

Across Wales Walk - 23 June 2012

Organised by the Rotary Clubs of Newtown, Llanidloes and Machynlleth, the Across Wales Walk is a hike from Glandyfi in the west to Anchor, Shropshire, just over the border of east Wales.
