Here you can find details of events and meetings the Fareham Branch is planning.
Branch meetings
Our main social event each month takes the form of a coffee
morning when you can sit and chat to other members and make
friends, meet members of the committee and local support workers,
have access to Parkinson's leaflets and
other information, take part in a raffle and choose something on
the bring and buy stall.
These meetings are at 10am-midday on the first Monday of the
month unless there is a Bank Holiday when it is the second Monday.

Leisure and pleasure mornings
Third Monday of the month
10am-midday
Crofton Community Centre, Stubbington, Fareham
Enjoy a foot massage or some reiki healing, have your toe nails
cut, complete a jigsaw, play bridge or a board game, try some
painting or card-making.
There's also a general knowledge quiz which you can attempt on
your own or with a friend. Sometimes there is something special
arranged for carers during this time.

Exercise classes
First and third Tuesdays of the month
2pm-4pm
Crofton Community Centre, Stubbington, Fareham
Gentle exercises for all abilities, seated or standing, to help
people with Parkinson's. This includes speech exercises. Partners
and committee members often join in too. Followed by a cuppa.

Second and fourth Tuesdays of the month

We go to the local bowling alley and have some fun together.
