Courses for people with Parkinson's
Self management and self care courses or programmes aim to
increase the confidence of people living with Parkinson's and help
them take more control of their own condition.
Courses for carers
Courses for carers explore the practical and emotional issues of
daily life, offering opportunities for learning new skills and
meeting other carers. They enable carers to think about their own
needs, health and wellbeing.
