Tips for your local group events page
This page contains tips for local group web editors who
wish to publicise their meetings and events on a separate events
web page.
Branch meetings
If you want to include details of your speakers and activities
for each of your branch meetings, list the dates and activities in
the first box of the update
form.
Other events
Other events suitable for adding to your events page could
include social events, exercise classes or fundraising events.
Include each of these in a new box on the update form.
Venue information
- Where appropriate, include the full address of your meeting or
event venue – or make sure contact details are included for people
to find out more.
- Do not include home addresses of your branch members. If an
event is taking place at somebody's house, include a contact name,
with phone number and/or email address.
