Exercise classes

We also hold:

  • Monthly reflexology and walks

Walks

All our walks are checked for wheelchair accessibility. It would be helpful but not essential, to know beforehand if you are planning to come along, so the pub or tea shop can be given numbers.

In the event that you require a lift, please contact Beatrice on 01227 766782 or b.j.shire@kent.ac.uk a couple of days before.

We welcome suggestions of venues for future walks, also good pubs or tea shops that are wheelchair friendly.

Whilst the exercise is an important part of the experience, a chance to chat and share ideas over food and drink, is just as important.
