Saving synapses - 4 July (2-4pm)

Hi everyone,

As you may already know the research team organises visits to Parkinson’s UK funded projects. They're a great opportunity for supporters to get a better understanding of our researcher's work.

We still have a few places left on an upcoming visit at University College London, details below.

University College London – Thursday 4th July (2 – 4pm)

Project: Saving synapses: helping nerve cells stay connected in Parkinson’s
Researcher: Professor Patricia Salinas

Patricia hopes her study will help to develop new ideas for treating Parkinson’s that can slow, stop or reverse the death of nerve cells inside the brain. Read more about the project here -
