This is a multi-disciplinary course focusing on managing chronic
conditions, suitable for a wide range of health professionals and
carers of people with chronic conditions.
The core structure will be based around bioscience, and clinical
practice and research, with additional option modules.
Student have the flexibility to choose a path that allows them
to professionally develop and to inform their own clinical
