Parkinson's Specialist course - Unit 2
- Date: 7-11 October 2013
- Location: Havering
- Who should attend: Nurses and midwives. This
is a Level 6 stand alone module (20 credits). This module will
enable the student to describe the importance of the practitioner's
role in the strategic management of patients with Parkinson's and
their carers.
The module will focus on the perspectives of patients, carers and
professionals. Available research and best practice in Parkinson's
disease management will be reviewed with reference to current
