We dare you to run, jog or walk in the Spooky Sprint - a spine-tingling race with a difference! A run in the dark with only a head torch to light your way, which will test your nerve as well as your fitness. It's so good, it's scary.

The Spooky Sprint is a fantastic race - as a keen runner I found pacing myself in the dark particularly challenging!

find a cure and improve life for everyone affected by Parkinson's. Key information
Distance: 10K, 5K (in the dark!) or Family Fun Run
Start time: Family Fun Run 5pm, 5K & 10K 6pm
Entry fee (before Friday 2 September): 10K £27, 5K £21, Family Fun Run £5
Entry fee (after Friday 2 September ): 10K £30, 5K £24, Family Fun Run £5
Entry fee (on the day): 10K £35, 5K £29, Family Fun Run £5

We'll provide 5K and 10K runners with:
exclusive breathable glow in the dark T-shirt
All runners will receive a glow-in-the-dark finishers medal as well as a fundraising pack and sponsorship forms.
