Benefits and grants
When someone is diagnosed with a long-term illness, there
are a number of questions that are often asked:
- "What is going to happen to me in the future?"
- "How I am going to cope?"
- "What sort of help and support is around for me?"
For those with mortgages and the responsibility of bringing up a
family, there may also be a great deal of uncertainty about
financial matters. It is worth checking to see if there are any
benefits you could claim or grants you can receive.
We recognise the need for people with Parkinson's disease to

make informed decisions for themselves. We provide up-to-date
