of our employees, as well as a good work life balance.
Here are some of the benefits of working
for us:
We offer a fantastic benefits package, including great opportunities for learning and development, and a flexi-time scheme.
Learning and development
Ensuring the continuous development of our employees is a key
part of our charity's strategy.
We offer a variety of in-house training, as well as the
opportunity for staff to apply for role-specific external and
long-term courses.
Annual leave
We offer 25 days per annum annual leave plus recognised bank and
public holidays and 3 additional mandatory days between Christmas
and New Year.
If you work part-time your annual leave will be represented in
hours.
Pension
We offer 25 days per annum annual leave for full-time staff, plus 3 additional mandatory days between Christmas and New Year.
We contribute up to 10% of basic salary into a personal pension
of the employee's choice, subject to the rules of the relevant
scheme.
Contributions are matched on a 2 to 1 basis. For example, if you
pay 1% of your salary, we will pay 2%.

range of childcare, including day nursery, nursery school,
childminder, crèche, preschool, etc.

In addition to legal and financial advice, a free, confidential
counselling service is available to all staff. This is provided by
Oakdale.
