Our plans 2010-2014
Our new strategy (2010-2014) will guide our work over the next 5
years, helping us to find a cure and improve life for everyone
affected by Parkinson’s.
Reaching out
We are determined to reach out to everyone living with
Parkinson's, to make sure they know about us and the support we
offer.
Driving change
We'll use our influence to drive change to make sure national
standards are implemented across the UK, so that everyone has
access to a specialist Parkinson's nurse.
We're pushing our search for a cure
to a new level, using our own resources to fund groundbreaking
research, as well as persuading others to do the same.
Growing strong
To achieve our ambitions we must grow strong. We will raise more
than £110million by 2014 to reach everyone affected by Parkinson's
and fund more research to find a cure. It means inspiring lots more
people to support us.
6 goals for 2010-2014 to help us achieve our vision
- No one has to face Parkinson's alone.
- We will listen and respond to the needs of everyone affected by
Parkinson's.
- We will improve life for everyone affected by
Parkinson's.
- Our research will have resulted in better treatments and
progress towards a cure.
- We will raise more than £110million to meet the costs of
delivering our ambitious plans.
