You can help to improve online information about medicines by completing an online survey about your experiences of Parkinson's medication.

Your response will help make sure only high quality, relevant and useful information about medicines in the UK is available to people with Parkinson's and other conditions.

The survey is being run by Datapharm, a leading provider of online information about medicines in the UK. Datapharm provides this information through its Medicine Guides website

Datapharm is an independent, not-for-profit company that works with the NHS, pharmaceutical companies, and other healthcare organisations to provide high quality information about medicines.
