Parkinson's petition on BBC Scotland
16 June 2010
Tanith Muller, our Parliamentary and Campaigns Officer for
Scotland, has been interviewed by BBC Radio Scotland about our
'Get it on time' Scotland campaign
Tanith
spoke on Good Morning Scotland and Scotland at Ten to highlight our
'Get it on time' petition, which we presented to the Scottish
Parliament yesterday.
She highlighted the critical importance of people with
Parkinson’s getting their medication on time, every time and the
need for NHS Boards and local authorities to take action.

Scottish Parliament petition
Our petition, signed by 7,500 people, calls for an
inquiry into why people with Parkinson’s do not get their
medication on time.
We presented the petition, along with more than 70 people with
Parkinson’s and their families from across Scotland, to the Public
Petitions Committee convener, Frank McAveety MSP.
