Hospital care for older people – tell us your views

The Royal College of Nursing (RCN) -
which represents nurses and champions excellent nursing - is
looking for views on standards of hospital care for older
people.
The survey is open to patients, carers or members of the public who have views or experience of an older people's ward in a hospital.
The results will be used to identify and address issues relating
to staffing levels for older people's wards, as well as the quality
of the care received by patients.

The survey is open to patients, carers or members of the public
who have views or experience of an older people's ward in a
hospital.
It includes questions on topics including getting medication on time, patient safety on
the ward and staffing levels.
The survey is open until Tuesday 24 January
2012.
Your experiences
The Royal College of Nursing would particularly like to hear
from you if your experience was a positive one. They can then share
these examples as standards of good care for other care providers
to follow.
