Graham Norton

"Don't be a party pooper!" says Graham, whose father was diagnosed with Parkinson's.

"It's time to stock up on party poppers, hats, steamers and other party essentials, and turn the UK into one giant Party for Parkinson's.

"Get into the party spirit and invite family, friends and neighbours to your very own Party for Parkinson's for a day to remember, and celebrate The Queen's Diamond Jubilee.

"Make it happen by hosting your own party, and you will be helping Parkinson's UK to raise vital funds to improve the lives of the 127,000 people living with Parkinson's in the UK.

"Together and with your help, we can help find a cure for Parkinson's."
