Europe-wide survey on Parkinson's care

The European Parkinson's
Disease Association (EPDA) is running a major survey to
investigate the current standard of care in 36 European countries,
including the UK.
If you, or someone you care for, lives
with Parkinson's help EPDA get the information they need to
plan European-wide campaigning work by completing this survey.
The online questionnaire will only take 15 minutes to
complete and is available in English and 19 other languages.
The survey will be live until 29 October 2010.
Results of the survey will be announced in spring 2011.
